Usage Instructions:

• Power On: Press the power button to turn on the thermometer.
• Mode Selection: Select the appropriate mode (body or surface) using the mode button.
• Distance and Position: Hold the thermometer at the recommended distance from the forehead (typically 1-2 inches).
• Measure Temperature: Aim the thermometer at the center of the forehead, press the measurement button, and hold it steady until the reading appears.
• Reading Temperature: The temperature will be displayed on the LCD screen.
• Power Off: The thermometer may automatically power off after a period of inactivity, or you can turn it off manually.

Tips for Accurate Measurements:

• Ensure the forehead is clean and dry.
• Avoid measuring temperature immediately after exercise, eating, or coming in from a hot/cold environment.
